Care RewardsSM Program
Care RewardsSM is an incentive program which was developed to give a means to recognize, and reward, our caregiver staff for positive work behaviors. Simply put, our local franchisees determine employee benchmarks such as work attendance, training completion, client referrals, etc. A point value is attached to each of the employee benchmarks and reimbursed to employees on a monthly basis.
